Residential and affordable housing

Up to 345 residential units are proposed of varying sizes equivalent to circa 280,000 sq ft. This will create a new tier of property in Weymouth which does not compete with the existing stock. This in turn is likely to free up some local property stock for purchase by residents and first time buyers.

Affordable housing in accordance with policy will be provided, ensuring new accommodation is available for those that are currently homeless or on a waiting list for housing or shared ownership.
