Weymouth & Portland Borough Council, in conjunction with in-house and external advisors, worked hard to determine the options before appointing Donaldsons to advise on the commercial implications of those options.

Donaldsons findings showed that a predominantly leisure orientated development would not create sufficient value to fund the cost of the civic re-provision and the relocation of the Swimming Pool would worsen the deficit.
