Howard Holdings announces £5 million funding for Pavilion development

Howard Holdings has today announced that £5 million of funding by Europa Fund II, advised by Europa Capital LLP, has been committed to the regeneration project for the Pavilion and Ferry Terminal site. The funding goes towards the large investment already committed by Howard Holdings and supports the development team’s commitment to complete the project before the Olympics in 2012.
